Ray founded Joslin Construction Co. Inc. in 1973. Ray managed and provided maintenance for several different municipal utility districts for 20 years, before devoting full efforts to the construction aspect of the business.

Curt joined his father in business in 1991, where he began building the commercial, institutional, and industrial side of the business. Curt became Vice-President in 1998, and Partner in 2000.

Philip, a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M University, joined Joslin Construction in April 2004 as an estimator and project manager.
