Curtis Ray Joslin (Ray)
Principal, President, Founder, Project Executive

Ray founded Joslin Construction Co. Inc. in 1973. Ray managed and provided maintenance for several different municipal utility districts for 20 years, before devoting full efforts to the construction aspect of the business.

Ray resides in Porter, Texas, with his wife Gayle. They have two children and six grandchildren.

Curt joined his father in business in 1991, where he began building the commercial, institutional, and industrial side of the business. Curt became Vice-President in 1998, and Partner in 2000.

Curt resides in Porter, Texas, with his wife Jennifer, and four daughters.

Shaun Dean
Chief Financial Officer

Shaun, a 2001 graduate of the University of Houston, joined Joslin Construction in February 2002 in estimating. After a brief stint in project management, Shaun was named CFO in 2004.

Shaun resides in Porter, Texas, with his wife Brandi, and two children.

Philip Deliganis
Project Executive

Philip, a 2001 graduate of Texas A&M University, joined Joslin Construction in April 2004 as an estimator. His attention to detail and quality customer service led to him being named VP of Estimating in 2006. In 2011, Philip was named a VP-Project Executive.

Philip resides in Porter, Texas, with his wife Pam, and two children.

Rick Roberson
Vice President - Business Development

Rick, a 1996 graduate of ACU, established a business relationship with the Joslin companies in 2004. In 2011, Rick joined Team Joslin as VP of Business Development

Rick resides in Humble, Texas, with his wife Kerri, and two children.

Trey Majors
Project Executive

Trey joined Joslin with a strong background in project management. His attentional to detail and focus on customer service led to him being promoted to a Project Executive in 2011.

Tim VanArsdale
Earthworks Operations Manager

Tim joined Joslin in 2010 to start our Earthworks division. He brought with him 15 years of project and operational experience in Site and Earthworks Development.

Tim resides in New Caney, Texas, with his wife Misty, and two daughters.
